This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Terms are subject to change without notice.

- Socrave.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited for processing. All orders ship via FedEx or USPS from our locations in Florida, Georgia, and Virginia. *USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

Side-Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-4 extra days for order processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages?
- If the package shows delivered to your address; however, the item is missing, you must report the lost to us within 2-3 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4-5 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if the stock is available. We are not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?
- For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. However; if you are currently serving in the United States Military and require your packages to be shipped to APO addresses and P.O Boxes on Military Instillations - Please email us at info@socrave.com, and one of our Customer Success Agents will contact you shortly.
-Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, and the customer will be contacted for verification. SOCRAVE cannot guarantee shipping arrival time when an order is placed on hold. Also, tax rates are based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Do You Offer Signature - Required Shipment Delivery Options?
- To ensure your package arrives safely, all orders over $500 threshold will require a signature. If a signature is unobtainable and a package is returned to us, shipping charges will be levied to the customer for reshipment. Side-Note: (Some cases may vary).

To Check Your Order Status:
- Log in to your SOCRAVE account.
- Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
- Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
- You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
